Privacy and cookie policy

What we collect, what we use it for, and how to ask us to delete it.

Who we are

Duo Creative Labs is an AI automation, web design and GEO studio based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. We are responsible for the data collected on https://www.duolabs.tech.

For any privacy question, write to hi@duolabs.tech or call +1 368-886-9166.

What we collect

  • What you give us: name, email, phone, and whatever you write in a form or when booking a call.
  • Site usage: pages viewed, time on page, device and approximate location. Only with your consent.
  • Session recording: cursor movement and clicks, without capturing what you type. Only with your consent.
  • Voice agent: if you start a call, your microphone is streamed so the agent can answer you. The call ends when you hang up and we do not publish those recordings.

Cookies and consent

Until you choose, nothing beyond what the page needs to work is switched on. Accept and analytics and advertising cookies are enabled; decline and they stay off — the site works either way.

You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser: your next visit will ask again.

Who we share it with

We work with providers that process data on our behalf:

  • Google (Analytics and Ads) — measurement and advertising.
  • Microsoft Clarity — site usage analysis.
  • Cal.com — call bookings.
  • OpenAI — the agent's voice, only during the call.
  • n8n and Airtable — handling the contact details you send us.

We do not sell your data or hand it to third parties for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

Contact details are kept while there is an ongoing conversation or business relationship, and deleted when you ask. Analytics data follows each provider's retention period.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent. Write to hi@duolabs.tech and we will answer.

If you are in Quebec, the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also hold the specific rights of your jurisdiction, including the right to complain to your data protection authority.
